1. Information We Collect
We collect information to provide a professional environment for designers:
- Account Data: Email address, display name, and profile picture from your Google Account are stored to manage your professional identity and facilitate B2B communication/invoicing.
- Technical Identity: We generate and store a persistent unique identifier (Device Fingerprint) in your browser's local storage. This is used solely to prevent system abuse, enforce AI usage limits, and maintain platform security.
- Architectural Content: Mind Map structures and Expert Profile data.
2. AI Processing
We use high-performance server-side AI models (Gemini) to assist in architecture design. We do not use your proprietary architectural data to train public AI models. For Professional users, extended architectural context is processed to provide higher accuracy.
3. Data Security
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore) with strict RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) security rules. Your intellectual property remains yours.
4. GDPR Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, export, or delete your data directly in the Settings menu. Deleting your account will remove all project data and technical identifiers associated with your profile.
