By using Flooou, you agree to these terms. Flooou is provided as a professional environment for web architecture design.
2. Expert Services
The AI-generated content and Mega-Prompts are tools to facilitate project design. Final architectural decisions remain the responsibility of the user.
3. Acceptable Use & Limits
You agree to use the service only for professional design purposes. To maintain system stability and fair access, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Creating multiple accounts or using automated tools to circumvent AI usage limits, project quotas, or other platform restrictions.
- Attempting to interfere with the technical identifiers (Device Fingerprints) used for limit enforcement.
- Using the service for illegal purposes or harmful content generation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any account found to be in violation of these usage policies.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of the mind maps and project structures you create. Flooou does not claim any rights over your professional designs.
